Expected Ship Times:
Our standard shipping time after ordering is about two weeks. If there are any delays, we will communicate this information promptly.

Refunds:
No refunds are offered after the product has been shipped. Once the machine is in transit, the sale is considered final.

Order Cancellation Before Shipping:

Return Process:
No returns once the machine has been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective machine, please contact us immediately at 8618668932111 with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Upon delivery, refuse the shipment and it will be returned back to us. A replacement machine will be sent out.

Criteria of the product:
Due to the high cost of shipping there and back, returns are not practical. Only machines damaged in shipping can be returned if you refuse the delivery.
