Exhibition highlight: China's patented ultra-high precision CNC glass cutting machine
At this exhibition, TRUETEC proudly showcased the fastest and most automated glass cutting machine currently supported by its own optimized cutting software. This machine uses the patented "Optimization rate is 3-4 percentage points higher than that of domestic products, the first one in China to have applied for a patent." In addition to improving float glass cutting, this machine also showcases a variety of customizable innovative film removal methods + laser marking functions. After cutting, the glass is rotated to the correct position and then laser marked by TRUETEC's newly launched laser marking station. Finally, an automatic lifting suction cup fully automatically unloads the cut glass plate.
Highlight of the exhibition: Self-contained high-speed processing and cleaning machine connection
In the processing area of this exhibition, TRUETEC displayed a high-configuration cleaning machine that can be connected to a vertical hollow production line. It consists of 7 motors, 6 soft brushes with a single diameter of up to 200mm, and a full stainless steel body with a thickness of 20mm. The ultra-high-speed automatic wind knife automatically adjusts, and the machine automatically identifies low-e glass to achieve rapid drying of the glass, realizing rapid cleaning and drying of the glass to achieve mass production.
